The services provided by PrinterDoctor ("the Company") are offered on an "as is" basis. PrinterDoctor makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the services or products provided. The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Scope of Services PrinterDoctor is committed to providing high-quality printer maintenance and repair services. However, the Company is not responsible for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to problems arising from improper use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications of the printer, or issues caused by third-party software or hardware.
Limitation of Liability In no event shall PrinterDoctor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the services or products provided by the Company, even if PrinterDoctor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Customer Responsibility Customers are responsible for ensuring that their printer is in a condition suitable for service and for backing up all necessary data before service is performed. PrinterDoctor shall not be responsible for any data loss or damage that may occur during the service process.
Third-Party Products and Services PrinterDoctor may recommend or utilize third-party products or services as part of the repair or maintenance process. PrinterDoctor is not responsible for the performance or reliability of these third-party products or services and does not offer any warranty or guarantee for them.
Changes to Services and Disclaimer PrinterDoctor reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, product, or aspect of this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of PrinterDoctor’s services after any such changes shall constitute acceptance of the new terms.
